Once you are there, traveling around the country is trouble-free since distances are relatively short. Traveling by train is not cheap but since distances are not long it is a good option. Although buses are not a very commonly chosen alternative, you might want to consider them.

The most important attractions in the city are the canals and waterways so it wise to tour the city by water. Other cities that are worth a visit are Haarlem which is famous for being the center of Dutch tulip growing.
